The proposed project has 12 activities, which will be implemented in an integrated and coherent way to contribute to the achievement of the overall and specific objectives of the programme. The partnership under the project will ensure the cross border cooperation, transfer of knowledge and know-how from the business to the students and between countries. The project will support establishment of a University-Business network, enhancing students’ employability skills, creating 2 hubs, which will ensure sustainability of the university-business model. The analyses of the employability skills, the trainings organised for the students and the interactive employability skills map will ensure continuity of the project, as it will facilitate the development of human resources in the region and enhancement the competitive advantages of the companies. Innovative practices, piloted and implemented, will contribute to the achievement of the project goals and the economic growth of the region. |
