The project strategy will include a new cross border approach in the field of wise utilization of herbs. The project will include several stages of influence – influence on the primary target group – herb collectors and on the secondary targets – herb buyers and processors.
The main strategy in the approach is to educate all stakeholders on practical methods for collection which on a long term will bring a higher income for all the players in the herbs collection. The idea is to show the people on the field that the wise collection will bring a higher population of the herbs in the coming years and a higher income for the collectors, buyers and processors.
The other targeted moment in the strategy is to connect the processors, buyers and collectors in order to make a plan for collection and not to collect low income herbs. This will increase the income and will at the same time protect the habitat of the herbs |
