The process of rehabilitation of the PD is long and includes several types of treatments. The provision of all the treatments in the cross-border region is a heavy burden. Creating a network of information facilities in the cross-border region is the most effective way of providing many different types of treatments. The basic problem with most of these people is the lack of basic education, which leads to limited opportunities for their learning and adapting to the demands of the labor market. The completion of the long term will contribute to solving this problem. No action can achieve the expected result without insuring acceptance of these people from the public. The public campaign is the most effective way to support marginalized and sensitive citizen groups to reduce discrimination and elimination of prejudices. These activities will contribute to provision of opportunities and resources that are necessary for inclusion of these people in the social, economic and cultural life. |
