Managing authority has prepared  Sample dossiers for Service and Supply Competitive Negotiation Procedure  for the beneficiaries of subsidy contracts under the program. 

In addition, MA has developed two model variants of the ToR, with frequent service activities, namely: Terms of reference for organizing events and Terms of reference for construction supervision.

Sample files are prepared on the basis of established models for the types of contracts PRAG (simplified tender dossier), to assist beneficiaries in preparation of tender dossiers on individual contracts. 

Beneficiaries must comply specifics of the project activities in the preparation of tender dossiers (A2i B2 types of procedures in accordance with approved plans for tenders) and sample files can be appropriately supplemented and / or modified.
