According to inquired representatives of companies from the branch on both sides of the border the main obstacles before the sector are: Low labbour productivity; lack of qualified personnel,; Small size of the markets in Bulgaria and Macedonia; lack of support from the country; hard access to marketing information and others.
It has to be mentioned that part of the problems put forward are of the exceptional competence of the very management of the enterprises. Their mentioning, in fact, attests to lack of structured company politics at the relevant area and mostly about increased requirements for quality and labour productiveness.
The implementation of the present project suggestion shall contribute for increase at the capacity of the tailoring enterprises with view of overcoming the problems appointed above. |
