The project aims at developing the skills of human capital, creation and introduction of new methods of vocational training that meet the needs of the labor market. Through development of an e-learning module and provision of free training the competitiveness of human resources in the region and the quality of services in tourism will be increased. The project will establish a network between business representatives, vocational training centers, employment agencies and will create opportunities for human capital in the region. Acquisition of equal knowledge by the two sides of the border can increase mobility and employability in the region. The project enables disabled people to enhance their qualifications. The choice of partners in the project is consistent with its specificity as the leading partner has experience in providing vocational training within tourism. The Macedonian partner works with disabled people. Both partners combine their strengths in the project implementation. |
