Since the inception of the idea, CODED Project used an integrated cross-border collaboration and joint planning aproach. Series of meetings and contacts have been established. Joint planning workshop sessions were conducted in order to come up with relevant, realisticand implementable project activity. The project bases its strengths in its approach which will involve strategic planning thorugh local and cross-border participation and input to the project activities. Adequate use of the local potentials and expertise is a success-contributing factor. Project activities have been designed using Logical Framework Matrix approach and Project Cycle Management requirements. The proposed investment measures once implemented will create conditions for a limited intervention with the complementing "soft" measures, designed to showcase the necessity for the existence of: 1) Cultural infrastructure and 2) Ccultural content enrichment and cross-border mobility. |
