Project strategy is according to the National and Regional development Strategies of Macedonia and Bulgaria. It is in accordance to the signed Protocol for Cross-border Fire-protection between both countries. Project is accordance to the Programme for Development of Northeast Planning Region of Macedonia and Local action plan for the environment (LEAP) of Municipality Rankovce.The project is elaborated also in accordance to the Kyustendil regional strategy - Priority II - Encouraging of regional and cross-border cooperation. Priority V - Protection of the environment and environmentally using of the natural resources. Specific aim 5.5 - Environmentally using and management of the forest resources. Municipal development strategyof Kyustendil - Priority 4 - Protection of the natural inheritance. All measures of the Protocol for Cooperation and especially: Article 1 - To provide each other mutual assistance; Article 4 - To organize work meetings at all levels. |
