The Project strategy uses the strengths of the cross border partners for resolving the needs and reducing the weaknesses of all citizens and culture artisans.The action will follow the logical hronology and detailed planning.The proposed project is devided in two parts.The first part is investment and includes partial repair and remediation of the Main Halls in Houses of Culture in Sandanski and Novo Selo.The second part includes cultural activities,devided in three areas:Theatre-Music,Painting gallery and Ethno.The investment measures will be implemented during the first five trimesters,because they are necessery for starting the cultural activities.Few of the soft measures will start implementation in the third trimester of the Project and ends in the eight trimester.Publicity and infrmation provision last during the whole period.The Project is in accordance with the needs of the stakeholders.Special attention will be paid to the good financial management of the project. |
