The Managing Authority updated the Project Implementation Manual, version 2.1 April 2012. The changes concern mainly heading "Sub-contracting" (with the reference to the changes of PRAG from January 2012), as well as the addition to the Manual with the Procedure for derogation to the rule of origin of supplies. All annexes to the Manual remain unchanged.
