European Cooperation Day celebrates the achievements and benefits of territorial cooperation through local events in and around Europe on 21 September 2014.

On this occasion program INTERACT, together with the European Commission is organizing a video contest "border problems, border solutions" open to:

- European projects

- Cross-border, transnational and interregional cooperation

- Programme co-financed by the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA),

- Programme co-financed by the Instrument for European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI)

- Individual filmmakers

who can share their videos that highlights the results and benefits of cooperation in Europe.
