Managing Authority prepared an Instruction to the beneficiaries under the Programme related to the requirements for eligibility of expenditures with a view to period of payment. The purpose of the Instruction is to provide an opportunity to the beneficiaries for payment within thirty days after the end the project implementation period of some expenditure made in the last month of the project implementation (salaries and overheads), which can not be paid in the same month due to their specifics.
