The managing authority for the beneficiaries of subsidy contracts under the program, has prepared works example dossier (Competitive negotiated procedure / Local open), developed on the basis of existing models for the types of PRAG contracts (standard tender dossier), to assist beneficiaries in Preparation of tender dossiers on individual contracts. 

In the preparation of tender dossier is selected model of a works contract based on unit prices (Unit price works contract), taking into account the specifics of the Bulgarian national legislation in the field of construction - the Law on Spatial Planning (specific texts are marked in red) .

Beneficiaries must comply specifics of the project activities in the preparation of tender dossiers and sample files can be appropriately supplemented and / or modified.
