In order to find out the specific needs of each beneficiary, Joint Technical Secretariat (Kyustendil) and experts from the the Ministry of Regional Development (MA) will conduct consultation and individual meetings in the JTS premises, on which to be discussed most frequently questions of present interest, concerning the implementation of the individual Subsidy contracts on the First call for proposals.
